Thank you for your interest in the Advisor Group Page on this site. It was developed using the tools provided by Keen/Ingenio, and to the best of our knowledge, it's use does not violate any guildlines of our advisor agreement with Keen/Ingenio.

For use on your site the tool can either be provided Free of charge in exchange for advertisements or other revenue generating links in your tool, or an appropriate design and setup fee can be negotiated depennding on your needs and specifications for the tool.

Below is a listing of functions of the tool and the requirements for using it on your site to display your group.

Tool Functions:

1. The links all are engeneered to give proper credit to the group leader.
2. The first page of the tool, which is known as the Featured Listings page, is engeneered to display 5 featured listings for currently available advisors.
   1. Up to nine listings may be specified as your Featured listings, the first 5 of those listied advisors, who are currently available, will be displayed
   2. The featured listings will be randomly displayed, with the exception of a setting that you may make to specify certain advisors to display on top of the list of available Featured Advisors. In other words, you can have any number of the featured available advisors display on top in a non-random order.
   3. If none or only a few of the featured advisors are currently available, then the rest of the featured listing page will be filled with random selections from the non-featured, but available listings.
3. The second page of the tool, which is the entire list of available advisors will, by default, be listed randomly, but may be sorted by a comprehensive list of sort functions.
4. A Group leader's Keen/Ingenio gropu page is accessed and read into a database each and every time the tool is accessed, in order to provide the latest and most upto date infor mation available from Keen/Ingenio in relation to the available advisors.
5. These settings are the default settings and they are available to be changed on a case by case basis, and will most likely incurr a setup or engenerring fee.
6. At key locations, of the tool, invitaions are made for the visitor to choose another advisor, sign up for Keen/Ingenio, or request permission to be added to your group.

Tool Requirements and Specifications:

1. The Advisor links must be manually created by the group leader, using a link creation tool in you back office on Keen/Ingenio. As new advisors join the Group, they will be displayed if they are available, but they  will not be able to be contacted until the administrator creates an affilliate link for them. A tool made available to the group administrator will show a list of all new Group members, who have no affilliate links.
2. The tool must be hosted on a site that allows cgi-scripts to run, and is Lynix or Unix based. Server space fitting the requrements of the site is available from the tool administrator at very reasonable rates. In the case where that is not available, the tool can be hosted and linked to for a reasonable monthly fee.
3. The tool functions using a very powerful database driven software which is being provided free of charge by the Software Developer Aestiva, but the software has it's limitations, since it is Trialware. As your site becomes more popular and the tool is accessed more often it will become nessesary for the group administrtor to purchase the Profesional version.
4. The tool is designed and engeneered around the design that Keen/Ingenio provides for the Group pages. If that design should change, or Keen/Ingenio implement other changes that effect the tool or it's display on a public site, the tool may need to be updated, modified, or may even need to be removed. The costs of these changes may be passed on to the group leaders.
