Determine the number trend by adding the numbers of the cards from both Minor and Major Arcana.  Then reduce the number to one digit by adding the double digit together, with the exception of numbers 11 and 22.  The Court Cards are not considered since they are not numbered.

Example:  32 becomes 3 + 2 = 5;  74 becomes 7 + 4 = 11 (do not reduce); 58 becomes 5 + 8 = 13 and this becomes 1 + 3 = 4.  The final number or reduced digit is the General Theme of the Reading.

Note:  If a reading adds up to 10 or if 10's dominate in a reading, interpret this as the ending of a cycle with the initiation of a new one.

		Beginnings, initiation, change, starting something new.
		Relating to others, partnership, communication, sharing, weighing or balancing alternatives and opportunities.
		Growth, multiplying, plans beginning to become real.
		Stablization, security, materialization, realty, situation is established.

		Achievement, more on a personal level concerning goals, ideals, emotional, mental or spiritual matters.  Attainment and endings.
		Ending of one cycle and beginning of a new one.
		Spiritual, psychic, artistic, innovative, original, creative matters.
		Money or powerful wealth, spiritual mastery.
